The compass can only tell you which way to go. Like a ship’s captain, it’s up to you to choose to follow it. My role is to navigate – to help you read your compass accurately and chart your course. I am here to aid you in setting a course of action that takes you to where you want to go. You can expect me to be prepared and on time for you. I am available for you and can give you accountability, clear feedback and encouragement to maintain forward momentum. I will provide you heart-felt coaching to propel you forward to being who you really are and doing what you really want. I want to help you chart a life course that, when your life is over, you have no regrets.
People sometimes ask about the difference between therapy and coaching. It’s fairly simple. Therapy brings you from non-functional to functional. Coaching brings you from functional to extraordinary. Though you may need to look at the past to make corrections in the future, our main focus will be on what is working. Coaching is tailored to fit an individuals needs, but generally tend to be 3 one half hour sessions per month. We are done Coaching when you have accomplished your goals. |
